If You Win A Royal Up Bid, Can You Switch to A Different Stateroom in the Same Category???

I'm considering doing a RoyalUp Bid from a Junior Suite to a Grand Suite.  We are cruising back to back and RoyalUp is available on both our sailings for JS to GS.  I'm wondering if I win, can I switch to a different Grand Suite???  I'm wondering if it is possible to get the same stateroom for our B2B doing RoyalUp?

I believe I read on here, that once you are assigned an actual stateroom #, you can request

a change to the same catergory.

I also think I have read of people doing that but it is also pretty rare for there to be any cabins left in that category at the time you get assigned so I would not count on it

I think by the time they usually process the Royal Up acceptances, new bookings are closed so there would be no cabins available to switch to.  It never hurts to ask though!

You have to be lucky to win one royal up and even luckier to win two and you have a chance that's it the same room ,but enjoy your JS b2b .
