I see a cocktail hour listed in perks but as light drinkers I was wondering if drinks are complimentary during the day or should we go ahead and book beverage package.

Beer, wine, soda and water are complimentary in the Suite Lounge from 11-11.  There is a happy hour in the evening that includes liquors, but it is a restricted menu.

Might be best for me to pay as I go for an afternoon Mojito and evening  Bailey's.

Bailey’s is free in the Oasis Suite Lounge for Happy Hour 5-8 PM.

From 5 to 8 all drinks 13 dollars or less are free , if you order something over 13 you just pay the difference, if drink is 15 you pay 2.36

The SL drinks are usually limited to the SL menu - anything else you may need to pay full price.
