No word on Covid counts.  i haven’t heard any announcement or broadcast of that type of info.

Jamie’s was excellent for dinner last night.

I had the lasagna and polenta chips. 😋

Not sure what a on the menu for Lunch but we are scheduled for Chops tonight.

 

It has started raining since I began writing this.  😒 👎🏻

We heard nothing until Day 5, when they gave a percentage of people on board who had tested positive.  I think it was ~1.2%.

Chops is our favorite! You may want to order the peppered bacon appetizer that melts in your mouth! Look out arteries!! LOL! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!

We have been going to most of the trivia events during the day and listening to live music before/after dinner.  I enjoyed Roel on piano the first night on schooner.  I think he is on every OTHER night in schooner.  Really liked him.  He takes requests as well.  Spicy Jalapeño is hilarious.  He’s a bartender/server who “was a mexican male stripper in a former life”  lol  He dances around at various times.  He’s fun.  

 

Last night we really enjoyed Vincent in the pub - Barnacle & Barrel.  He plays guitar and did some newer 90s tunes as well as some favorites.  Vince is on every night in the pub.  

 

 We aren’t dancers or silent disco types so we stay clear of those and the shows.  We like to listen to music, gamble a little and drink of course (mostly me!  DW isn’t much of a drinker) 
 

Yesterday i was able to recoup my video blackjack losses from night 1 so that’s good!!

 

DW no such luck with the slots.  I’m sure we’ll make another donation tonight.  I’m seeing some roulette in our future.

I intend to watch at least part of the Bengals v Chiefs game in playmakers.  Not sure about the Rams game.  May have to pop in and out or give VOOM a real workout by steaming on my phone.  DW can only handle so much football.

I notied on the Compass that the NFL playoffs will be shown on the pool TV on Deck 11. We're wanting to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday while on board and I was hoping it would be in Playmakers. Could you please check to see if the NFL games will be on in Playmakers for our group of football fans? Much appreciated!!!

We're organizing a SB pool at $5 per person to pick the winning team plus total points score. Looks like we have around 30 players so far! Nice pot! Now, wondering how early I need to get in there to get a good seat and start collecting $ from the group! I am the biggest football fan between us! Proabably has something to do with watching NFL as a child with my dad and bro! Of course, I also used to eat cold beans from a can when watching Westerns but haven't done that since adulthood! Love that you're having a great time! Cheers!
