Is there a central location on the ship to make reservations?  Do you have to go to each venue to make a reservation?

You can book in advance on Carnival website prior to the cruise, on the HUB app on your phone once on the ship or at the actual restaurant.

You can make a reservation on the app (for the pay restaurants such as the steak house, Rudi's, etc.). But those you can also book (and pay) in advance before getting on the ship. Emeril's is walk up, as is Pig & Anchor. For Chibang and Cucina, you don't make a reservation, but check in that day on the app starting at 5:30 if you have Your Time Dining.  If you have assigned dining, you need to wait until after a certain time (7:30 or later) - it will show the time on your app.

For the paid specialty dining (Rudi's and Steakhouse) you can make reservations ahead of time on Carnival.com or when on board you can make reservations in the Carnival Hubb app. For the regular dining venues (main dining room, Chi-Bang, Cucina del Capitano), you utilize the Carnival Hubb app to be placed on the waitlist for the restaurant. It is on a first come first serve basis.

Thank you all. I am waiting to use my OBC so sounds like the app and a visit to venue might be the best way for me.

If you sail after March 15th, 2022 you should be able to use your OBC even if you purchase on Carnival.com in advance.
