Imagine that Website Issues again ...

Anyone else having Website issues today 2/17/22.  I tried to logon to my account to see if they finally added our points from our early Dec cruise but when I did the website gave me an time out error.  Now I try to log on and it tells me my password is incorrect.  I am 100% certain the password is correct.  I am afraid to change the password because that, in my experience, will cause even more issues since their IT department is incompetent.

I got an email this morning for a 5+15 Voyagers Club discount. When I click on the link in the email the website opens halfway then freezes.

Hi, no issues here....logged in early today to add to my cruises and just now when I saw this post.

 

Checking for points also worked just now. 

PS: might be operator error? or just a need to complain?

FYI my points from Divina cruise earlier this month already are posted.

Get the error message as well when trying to log in from the main/splash page.  

 

Best way around that I have found, is to navigate to the 'Manage Booking" tab and log in when prompted.

Yes earlier I got the same message and another one too 
Now it seems to be okay.

I have had issues all day, but I thought it was my login and not the whole site.  I did status match, and since then nothing has worked.  If I log in, I see no cruise and no Voyager number.  If I try to add the.cruise, or the Voyager number, it errors.  If I don't log in and use manage my booking, I can see my cruise, but no Voyager number attached.  I keep calling and trying to get it sorted out.

Don't worry, they will eventually escalate it to a manager who will get back to you in 48-72 months.

I only have 42-66 left.

No, they will tell you that "there is a glitch that will be fixed by Monday." That is a banner over the customer service department.

What Monday?  What year?  Their IT is like Joe's Crab Shack slogan:  "Free all you can eat crabs, tomorrow."
