If looking for the easiest way, hire a car & driver like we did in 2019. You can find a number of companies online like we did back then.

We did that in Jan 2022.  Easiest and few of choices to pick from and reserve ahead.

We are using Chile Dream Tours to pick us up in San Antonio, tour to Valaparaiso and Vina Del Mar, return to Santiago airport.  Super easy to work with.  $180pp + $100 San Antonio pick up charge per group + 5% service fee

We used Stamps Tours for a pre-cruise 2 day tour of Santiago, transfer to Valparaiso port with a tour of Vina del Mar. Very good driver with a clean modern car and nothing was too much trouble.
