Is there a place to get a 6-pack of cold beer around the Naval Dockyard area? I'd love to be able to bring a few cold ones in a backpack cooler to have during a day of exploring the beaches and paths 🙂

The Dock Shop at Pier 41 in the marina area sells beer or at least they did in the past.

Thank you! I did a quick google search but got conflicting info...do you know if I can find beer at any convenience store or do I need to look for a specific "liquor" store?

I gave you the name of the store in my post.

I know, thank you 🙂 I was just thinking of in case they didn't sell beer there anymore, I'll need to look for another place.  You didn't seem sure, that's all. I very much appreciate your insight.

The uncertainty Is just because I haven't been to Bermuda in a couple of years because the pandemic. I added a link and a picture to my previous post.

Any supermarket on the island sells beer and liquor. There are a handful of dedicated liquor stores but not a ton-- the most notable would be Gosling Bros on Front Street in Hamilton which will be a short ferry ride from Dockyard and has a wide selection.

The Dockyard Pharmacy has had beer and wine. Like another poster I have not been able to visit for a couple of years so I don't know if they still do.

I believe the Dockyard Pharmacy was a victim of COVID and is closed, but perhaps someone local can help.

According to their parent company's website and the Royal Naval Dockyard's website the store is still there:

Or, alternatively:

I assume you're referring to the store hours given at the bottom of the page. Those are stated as COVID-19 store hours and pretty much everything in Bermuda that didn't go out of business reopened long ago.

Their Facebook page appears to settle the issue. It states in a March 30 post that the Dockyard Pharmacy is now open Monday - Sunday from 8 am  to 4 pm , which makes perfect sense since a near-normal cruising season resumed this month.
