post cruise in NYC hotel

The post cruise hotel is the Hilton Midtown which is a good location.  Does anyone know the type of room that is booked? It's over $500/night. That's much more expensive than booking the same hotel on my own.

Booking through Princess will always be more expensive than booking direct.

It can be more expensive, but it generally includes transfers from the pier to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. We have used princess hotels packages in both London and Rome the rooms were the standard rooms.

Have your checked the price on Hiltons website to try and get a comparison?
