Aurora itinerary change

Does anyone know why Aurora canceled Gothenburg and Kiel on her current way from Southampton to Stockholm? Replacing two ports with sea days is not great!

Yes, Gothenburg and Kiel cancelled due to high winds and an extra day in Stockholm scheduled. Source: Niece currently on board

Similar for Britannia - Skagan cancelled on Friday due to predicted high winds and replaced with Zeebrugge on Saturday

These things do happen due to bad weather unfortunately and even though very disappointing the Captain has the responsibility of the ship, passengers and all the crew and I am sure doesn't take these decisions lightly.

We couldn’t get into Skagen  due to wind in 2019 on Princess and that was in July! 
The day before we’d struggled getting into Copenhagen, we had tugs pushing and pulling for two hours before we finally made it!

Skagen is a really problematic port. Today Costa Diadema couldn't get there due to high winds.

2 days ago Celebrity Silhouette couldn't go either. But wondering that they cancelled Kiel, the larger Costa Diadema is going to Kiel tomorrow as planned. Kiel is really good protected by the fjord and from winds from western directions.
