Panorama, Long Beach Debarkation time??

It usually docks before 7:30AM, and the first guests are cleared to leave around 8AM.  If everything goes perfectly... I'd expect that if you're traveling without baggage assistance, you'll be cleared to leave between 8AM-9:30AM, and if you have Carnival handle your bags, 9:30AM-10:30AM.

I have sailed three times in the last 3 months. Promptly at 8 am self-assist Platinum's were escorted from Vista 4 AFT on the outside deck to the gangway. We were screened by Ipad and out of the dome by 8:10.

My experience as well.  Self debarkation was a nightmare on the ship but once they started letting us off the ship, it went smoothly.
