Is it possible to see the OBC in my.silversea?

We got some OBC, which is indicated in our booking. Is it possible to see it in my.silversea? 

 

We booked an excursion in disembarkation day which is not included, how do I make sure it is paid from the credit we have?

On board at the reception desk is where you can get a printout of your account.

Yes you can and you don’t need to worry, it will pay for your excursion if you have sufficient credit left.

We see what Silversea gave us, but not the OBC the TA gave us.

Silversea credit is on the invoice which is downloaded My Silversea.  The other would appear once on the ship (but that part is a guess).  But I do see the Silversea credit on the invoice.
