If you're asking if you can do an at-home self test and just self-attest you tested negative, no - that doesn't meet the requirements.

Yes just off the Splendor only after completing Arrive Canada app which will be checked before you are even allowed to board we had Victoria cancelled due to high winds and unable to dock

We used the rapid NAAT at Walgreens for an Alaska cruise last week. We had results in about an hour and I uploaded pictures of the results into Verifly and they were approved very quickly. We did test 2 days out-from the guidelines it looks like the rapid NAAT could be taken 3 days out, but we didn't want to take a chance.
