Most definitely you can get both credits on your cruise except for your .platinum complimentary cruise.

This is the first I have heard that UA Premier members automatically receive $200 OBC.....how does that work and how do you receive?

My TA always puts it in my booking.  I’m not sure how it’s done but it is always there.  This is how it shows up on my bookings.  First it says you may qualify, then they verify your status and it shows up as credit.
