Jewel of the Seas question

What restaurants/eateries are open on embarkation, other than Windjammer?  Is coffee at Latitudes free, like the Cafe Promenade, or is there a charge?

Pretty sure you can the standard free coffee at Latitudes.   I always get lattes but they cost extra.

All the snacks, deserts, Danish, mini sandwiches in their glass case are free.

 Cafe Promenade is open.

I have sailed Jewel a few times but not for a few years.  Cafe Lattetudes only had espresso based specialty coffees when we sailed.  Jewel also does not have a Park Cafe in the Solarium like the other Radiance class ships.  There is a coffee station outside the Windjammer that is open off hours.

Actually solarium does have some food but not as much as other Radiance class ships have. We sailed her on the TA in April. As to what's open, check the app.  Click on Dining along the bottom of the page. You'll see what's open and when. We're on Liberty in August and it shows Sorrento's Pizza open on Day 1 from 11:30-3.
