Snacks- Carry on or checked luggage?

I need to bring some snacks (applesauce pouches, goldfish, etc) on Oasis of the Seas for my 2 year old. Are they allowed in my checked luggage? We are driving to the port. Thank you in advance!

The only reason they'd be concerned is if those "Apple Sauce" pouches had hooch in them instead of apple sauce.

Checked luggage. 

Double ziplocked in case of spills -- the ziplocks may be useful during the cruise.

As others have said, it's not a problem to pack them in your checked luggage, but do bear in mind that it can take several hours before your luggage is delivered to your room. So if your little one will need anything that afternoon/early evening, it might be wise to have some in your carry-on bag as well.

None, went down to the naughty room to retrieve my bag, I opened my bag and showed the security man the can of nuts and he said, "OK", have no idea what they were looking for.
