If I cancel a booking  using the live chat feature....how long does it take for the FCDs that I used to show back up in my account?

I want to cancel a cruise and then book a different cruise and be able to use the FCDs

On phone it took her 1/2 hour to cancel, rebook my new cruise, apply FCD.

Tell them on chat or phone you want to cancel and to rebook…but must use your FCD on the new booking.  They should be able to do that.

I canceled via Chat on a cruise using FCD and the credits were posted to my account that same day.

In the thread you started yesterday,  several people reported having the FCDs back in their account almost immediately. I see no reason to doubt them.
