How long to wait for access to account?

My Travel Agent worked with Celebrity to transfer our reservation from one Beyond sailing to another.

I have not been able to log into my Celebrity account since they did the transfer, and it has been 24 hours.

From my Agent's invoice, I have the same reservation #.

From you experiences, how long should I wait before calling Celebrity to look into this?

Have you tried using an incognito browser? I know for some weird reason it will not let me sign in on Firefox, but if I go on a Private Window on Firefox, I can sign in and do stuff.

I’d call your TA and not Celebrity. Give a few days. I used Chrome also.

I tried on both Edge and Firefox and both gives me the message to try later.

I'm not sure what an incognito browser is.

Go to "File" in the menu bar and select "New Private Window"

You may also try just closing out your browser and then reopening the window.  That usually works for me.

Definitely give it another day at least. From TA to cruiseline depends on multiple things going right, right on time.

 

Either way, you do want to fix your browser probem . . .

 

I always use Firefox (recent version) for Celebrity and other cruise lines with no problem at all. (Except for Princess' chat feature which has never even shown up on FF.)

 

Offered just in case -- it gets harder and harder to do the simple things:

Definitely try clearing Firefox "Cached Web Content" under Settings > Privacy & Security > about a page down under "Cookies and Site Data" click the "Clear Data" button. If you leave both boxes checked, it will delete ALL cookies and site data, which maybe you don't want to do. You can uncheck the first box to just clear cache.

 

If that isn't enough, just under the "Clear Data" button is "Manage Data". Click that, then search for 'celebrity" and delete all cookies it displays.

When I got home, I used a private window on Edge browser, and it worked.
