Thought I had found real value in a P&O cruise until I started to “choose”

Why would P&O Australia send out a email on the flash sale and not include port fees and tax in the advertised price ?

I have never sailed with P&O but thought the price attractive so not so and sucked in

It isn't legal to advertise a price that does not include taxes.

Report it to Fair Trading. Aust prices must include all fees and taxes.

I hesitate to ask, but are you sure that the lower price didn't include fees and taxes? Could the difference in price be between one with an alcohol package and one without? I ask because I just can't see P&O advertising a price then adding port fees and taxes later. 😃

All good. It's an easy mistake to make. I am sure we have all at times jumped into something too fast. I just didn't want you to rush off to Fair Trading then be left with egg on your face. 😃
