Safe location

Is it possible to move the safe to another location in the room so you could have hanging space for men’s shirts?

 probably not  I think they may be bolted to the shelf  but never had a problem with hanging space

 I let my DH share the closet  😉

 

On O class ships there are drawers under the shelf the safe is on

LHT28 is correct.  It is bolted in place.

This is the first time I’ve been on an R ship since the NEXT refurb and I swear the storage layouts and drawers are less user friendly. At least in the C category.

Just off Sirena in an A category and you ain't wrong, baby.  Same in the bathroom.  (Just try to reach the waste can under the sink without doing contortions or clonking your head).  And tucking your shoes under the nightstand when retiring, as we used to do?  Fuhgeddaboudit!  No vacant space there anymore.

They used to have the safe in the unit under the TV  

Bad design choice to put it in the closet

In case it helps someone else, we removed the waste can from its under-sink holder and placed it on the floor between the the toilet and the bathroom wall.

In our C2 cabin the safe is where you have your shoes.
