San Fran cruise flying out of Oakland

Hi all, we are scheduled on the Royal princess arriving into port at 7 am on a Sunday.  We have a 1:15 pm flight out of Oakland instead of sfo.  Princess will not let us book oak airport except for the next day.  So, any concerns about making our flight.  Looks like it’s only a few miles longer than sfo.  We are planning to do walk off, grab an Uber and go straight to oak airport.  So is that reasonable?

Doable, 'bout 45 min if not less on Sunday morning.

OAK is actually closer to downtown SF than SFO.

 

You might have to pay the driver's return bridge toll.

Agree. We much prefer OAK to SFO when we fly into the Bay Area.

No problem with a 1:15 flight. Perfectly reasonable.

Shouldn't be an issue and a much smaller airport to navigate.  Sunday that time of the morning it should be easy to get over the bridge and into Oakland.  When we do long weekends in SF we don't leave on Sunday until closer to 10:30 or 11:00 AM and we breezy (it's SF relative) out of town.  Truth be told you will be at OAK before you could be at SFO.
