Wonder of the Seas question

I look forward to food that I don’t have to cook myself, so I’m checking out the complimentary restaurants. 
Two that are new to me are El Loco Fresh and Cantina Fresca. 
They are both complimentary and both serve Mexican food and they’re adjacent to each other? 
I hope someone can explain the difference between them!

Cantina Fresca is just the bar in El Loco Fresh.

Just one restaurant.

El Loco Fresh isn't really a restaurant.  It's a self-serve eatery and the seating is all outside.  It's also only open for breakfast and lunch, but the food is quite good, IMO.

El Loco Fresh is great!  We love it for snacks on Freedom, never go to the WJ for lunch anymore.  I love the Black Beans and husbands loves the pulled pork.

We have found that El Loco Fresh on other ships didn't usually open until around 2 PM but on the Wonder TA it was open early about 11-1130 and was great for lunch.  Wish the others would open earlier.
