On Board Credit - Casino - Drawdown

Apologies if this has been previously addressed.

On a upcoming cruise , as a means of withdrawing my promotional OBC into cash, I plan to visit the Casino and on the Roulette table place a single bet divided onto Red & Black using the promotional marked chips, with the added insurance of placing a small amount of chips on 0 & 00 as insurance of this outcome, thus receiving my winnings and original stake back in non promotional chips.

This would appear to be the easiest and least complicated manner to adopt.

However is it possible to pre purchase the casino table 10% reduction offer on the my celebrity portal using your OBC to increase the cash back you would receive by carrying out the above ?

I have heard that on some ships they do not allow you to place the bets as you describe.

That is my understanding as well - and they have lots of cameras in the casino.

I did it one time and the dealer didn’t care.   He knew what I was doing.  Also gave him a tip that he really appreciated.   I did this when it wasn’t very busy.   
 

Tried it another time and the supervisor told me I wasn’t allowed to do that.  She stood there watching so I left.  Went back at a different time when she wasn’t there and with a different dealer.    I had to use it at a table game because at that time you had to designated what you wanted to play, tables or slots.   Lately you just insert you card into a slot machine and play.  Don’t know how it works with table games
