Looks like a beautiful day in the neighborhood and calm seas.

Yes. Here is another tidbit of trivia for the ladies. Having been both raised in Upstate New York and having to have had to walk to school in waist deep sub zero degree snow (uphill both ways) and spending the last 50 years in South Florida we have acclimatized. 72 degrees is time for the ladies to start wearing boots in public. But when one cruises the Caribbean, at this moment, it is a waste of luggage space to bring any heavy clothing.

Sitting and lounging allows one to contemplate important questions about cruising and in particular cruise ships. The Beyond has everything a cruiser is looking for in a cruise vacation. However let us all understand what Mark Twain said about wine is also true about most everything in life as well. "There are no standards of taste in wine. Each person's own taste is the standard and a majority vote cannot decide for him or her or in any slightest degree affect the supremacy of their own standard."

That being said we still think everyone that books any cabin category will have a great time on board this ship.

Retreat sundeck menu. After lunch at Le Bistro walked over to Eden to check out lunch for tomorrow. All carving meats are not known until 15 minutes before opening time at noon. (open til 1:30) Should, could, maybe turkey for ' our' Thanksgiving ? Of the five desserts offered 3 had nuts, so walked back to Al Bacio for more nutless choices, red velvet cake, dulce de leche chocolate cake, apple pound cake and a madeleine. No lines plenty of tables as most everyone is off the ship.

Had lunch at Le Bistro. We both chose the wrong item, the Brie and Chicken brioche. Instead of a hard baguette, we chose it on a large soft croissant, which was the best part of the sandwich. But the chicken was sliced from a deli roll and was the slimey pressed chicken type which we did not expect from a high class specialty restaurant. Just a small detail, but one to avoid.
