Distilled water for C pap machine

How does one order distilled water in advance for a C pap machine?  I have reviewed the medical form but did not see a place for this request.  Thanks for any assistance.

I do use the Special Needs Form.  I text the need for distilled water under medical details.  Honestly, it works half the time.  If it isn't already there in the room, the butler will take care of it.  Not sure hwo it works outside of YC, but at least you have a record of the request when you embark.

For the YC on Meraviglia, we had no trouble whatsoever, but just recently on the Seascape in an aurea balcony cabin, we completed the Special needs form  putting in the comments section that we needed distilled water and an extension cord (Seascape only has one plug by the desk oppsite the bed).  We received an email with a recommendation to bring our own since they couldn't guarantee that we would get them onboard.  We took our own.  I packed the distilled water in our luggage.  Driving and not flying was an advantage from this perspective.  We did get a call once onboard asking if our special needs had been met and was told that we could have gone to guest services to get them which was not stated in the email.

I do not sail in the YC and have not been given distilled water on our last 7 cruises. Whenever I contact special needs I am told to bring my own. I pick up a liter bottle of Smart water at the store and take it.

When I got on the ship I told our cabin steward. He had it in the cabin after dinner. No charge.

On October, 2022 Seaside cruise in YC requested distilled water for CPAP.  I received an 8 oz. plastic glass with purported distilled water, used tap water after that.
