Go Port transportation question.

I was going to use Cocoa Beach Shuttle to get from Port Canaveral back to the airport but when I call to ask them what is the pick up time (it doesn't state it on their website) some yells in the phone "please hold" and click a recording that repeats over and over and no one ever answers (I have tried 3 different times).

So I think I am going to use Go Port. Has anyone personally used this transportation lately and can recommend? It says they pick up when the cruise starts letting people off and fills up buses continuously until debarkation is complete. I kind of like that better than a specific time since we don't really know what time we will get off. Just wondering what others experience was like. Thanks!

We haven't had good experiences with them (used them twice). Our latest and last time was in April. There was 1 bus sent to the hotel to pick up more than 100 people with reservations for early pick up . 2 more busses finally arrived an hour late, but they were there for the next round of reserved pick ups. The driver didn't know how to get to the ports and dropped Disney cruise passengers off in a random parking lot telling them to "walk toward the ship". We were going to Carnival and she couldn't figure out how to get there. Luckily another passenger gave  her directions.

Pick up from the ship was a little more organized, but still pretty bad. We learned our lesson and won't use them again. Good luck!

Price using Cruise Control (888) 416-8830. Corey the owner arranged our transportation needed for our April 2022 cruise. Worked out just wonderful !! MCO to Home2Suites hotel and cruiseport back to MCO.

I used GoPort two weeks ago and will use them again in March. No issues.

You're very lucky. They had lots of bad reviews during covid as far as refunds go. From what I understood (read here on CC) the owner purchased a new Tesla during this time. Hmmm.

Would I recommend them them after all the bad press....no...But glad it worked out for you.

Was going to use them but the pick up time they had available (after cruise back to the airport) was 10:35am. I know we would need to be off the ship way before then so I don't like the idea of standing outside waiting for an hour or so. It seems late for the debarkation pick up.

For anyone that has parked at their lot near Port Canaveral can you tell me if their lot is secure (fenced & gated?). When you put their lot address into google maps it shows a strip mall fitness center.  Not sure where their actual lot is.

Thankjs

We used GoPort once so far and it was a good experience.  We received an email a day before arrival moving up our pickup time by 30 minutes (11:30 to 11:00am).  The day of pickup we received a text they were waiting in the lobby 10 minutes early.  We went down and a representative met us in the lobby, another guy took our luggage and a third person escorted us to the bus.  The ride from our Hotel (DoubleTree by the Airport) was a little over an hour I think but I really didn't time it.  The only con I have was the walk from the drop off to the terminal was a bit long complicated by schlepping luggage.

Pickup was in the same general area as the drop off.  I noticed the GoPort kiosk in the shuttle drop off/pickup area when we got off the bus a week earlier so I had a good idea where we were going upon disembarkation.

We using them again this March.

We have used Go Port complete pkg 3 times, and loved it. We had them reserved for 4th time, this April. However, we just received a cancellation notice from them, for our cruise. I understand that now, they only do reservations for cruises leaving on either Saturdays, or Sundays. Guess they either don't have enough employees, or enough passengers, to take reservations on week days. A real shame.
