It is your relationship with MyVegas and land casinos generating your offers, not your onboard play.  What is "prime"?  That isn't Carnival.

Sorry I was not more clear, our first 4 cruises were on RCCL.  Our relationship with Carnival has come via my wife's status match.

I have never gotten a crappy offer like that.  I am paying taxes and gratuities only as a solo on upcoming 8 days cruises, one on Spirit and one on Mardi Gras.  I have unused offers for suites and balconies to Australia, Europe, Alaska and the Caribbean  but my schedule doesn't have that flexibility.

That is awesome!  Any idea how they price a second guest in the stateroom, e.g. I wonder if they would have to pay a full solo fare.... or maybe the offer allows you to bring a guest?

I get the casino offers all the time and I hardly play.  The offers come with the free drinks and I rarely drink.  So maybe they look at that too.  They certainly aren't loosing money by giving me the free drinks.  Last cruise I ended up with my vertigo so I couldn't even drink then.

Mine are equal for both pax.

The cruises are "free" but you have to make a $100 deposit that's refunded as onboard credit.

Both wife and I are $100 each, plus tax, tag, title, fees and gratuities

That isn't how it works.  Cruise fare is identical for first two guests, if there is a third or fourth guests, the fare is different for each extra person.  There isn't being "allowed".  Cruise fare is based on double occupancy.  My cruise fare is the same for one or two people then taxes/port fees/gratuities are added per person.

The added perks (Free Drinks either just in casino or everywhere on board) may be for just me or me and my travel companion.  It just depends on each offer.

As a solo cruiser, I get back the full $200 as OBC

Pretty much everyone gets some form of casino offers and they don't care if you drink or not.
