I have to say the DoDublin bus is the best Hop on off bus if you do that route. But yes Dublin is very walkable.

That would be Euro (€) in the Republic of Ireland, not GBP (£). Important for those who prefer to use cash!

I actually thought that was a great price considering what they can be in other cities.

Thanks Cotswold Eagle,  for the heads up.  Euro (€) in the Republic of Ireland, (Dublin) except in Northern Ireland where is it is  GBP (£) right for Belfast our other stop.

It isn't except. Northern Ireland is not in the Republic of Ireland, it is part of the United Kingdom (of Great Britain and Northern Ireland).

Thanks Gnome12, I must have been asleep in Geography / History  / Politics Classes. But I got it now.   Northern Ireland (Belfast) currency - British pounds, Dubin - euros.

Day Return (Adult) is €5.  Depending on your plans for the day, it may be worthwhile considering the Visitor Leap Card, which is mailed to you and costs €8 for 24 hours covering Dart, Luas trams and Dublin Bus (not hopon hopoff).
