Special Needs Form, can't access it!

Trying to fill out the special needs form for NCL and I get this Reservation number entered is invalid or not available please check or try again later.   

 

Tried for 2 days now, anyone else having problems? I know I have the right reservation numbers, getting them straight from the NCL website.

What chat feature??? I don't see one on NCL.

I had that happen recently too. I emailed them to report it and they said please try again. It worked that time. I wonder if they had to reset something.
