Upgrade to Princess Plus Doesn’t work

FYI, I was having this issue for a while where the CC information area was greyed out, and nothing I did would fix it. I checked again today, and it worked. CC information area was white and easily entered, able to upgrade. Maybe they fixed it, so I would check back.

I’m using a well known auto club. There was a sign by the desk listing prices for various travel services.  These are waived for members.
