I ordered a sandwich and Coke.  My folio read:  Stateroom Service $13.51

My understanding was the delivery fee is $7.95.

Can you explain the difference?

7.95 + 3.50 coke X 1.18 gratuity = 13.51

I was denied using a voucher for a soda when ordering room service on Harmony.

There is no charge for soda or anything else from room service, you were being charged a delivery fee...

Not the case on my cruise in January! Maybe because of status, not sure!

Interesting.  Never had a drink voucher on any Celebrity cruise. (But, have not sailed Celebrity since the return to sailing).  Haven't read of vouchers (or maybe I missed it )  on the Celebrity boards.

Seems you had a unique experience.   Like a mini drink package.  How many vouchers did you get per day? Were they good all day, not just cocktail time? Were they available for use every day?

Thanks.

Celebrity doesn't do drink vouchers like RC. For Elite and above the CC HH is from 5 to 7 each evening, except the first evening there isn't the CC HH. Unlimited drinks at most bars. Drinks are from a limited CC beverage menu. Same as before the shutdown. Depending on the ship class will determine what bars are excluded. CC HH drinks are not served in any of the dining venues.

That was my understanding as well.  A previous posted mentioned that they had vouchers on Celebrity.

What you posted is what I recall from my recent Celebrity cruises.

Thx

My error, they do charge separate for the Coke. + the 18% gratuity add-on for the Coke.
