I will be traveling when it is time to check-in for upcoming cruise.  Do I need any documents to do the check-in (ie. Psssport)?

Yes you need your passport details ( passport number and expiry date) along with credit card details. You can go back and upload a photo at a later stage.

You can choose your arrival time without any documents and then go back later and give the passport details and credit card.

Can I enter passport and CC details into the App ahead of time?  I looked around the App but didn’t see a way to do it.

Check in usually begins 45 days out from departure. Our September 14th Apex cruise opens online check in on July 31st.

As I understand it.  The time for check-in is 12:01 AM East Coast time so those on the West coast can check-in at 9:01 PM on the day before.  Am I correct?

Probably, but there have been exceptions noted to this general rule

My experience has been that check in opens midnight of the departure port time. I’ve sailed from Rome and LA and this has been the case.

Using the app could not have been easier. Dog wanted out at 1am day the online check in opened. I figured might as well use the time, imagine my surprise when I was able to scan my passport and grab a selfie plus enter my cc info before he was finished outside!

Interesting - So is it East Coast Time or time at the departure port?  Hadn’t thought of that one.
