Anyone have any info on missing excursions? I was looking forward to this port.

I don't know why but you don't need any excursions. The port is close to downtown and most things you would want to do are nearby. They probably will have a bus transfer to near the Quincy Market. The Quincy Market and the Freedom Trail are pretty much what you would want to do in Boston. If you are able to walk the National Park service visitor center near the Quincy Market at Fanuil Hall will set you up with a map for DIY. I went frorm there north to Bunker Hill then took a ferry back to the near Quincy Market and walked the trail south to Boston Commons. The trail starts at Boston Commons so you just take a taxi or uber there and start there.
