Slippers Still Provided in Cabin

[Desert Cruisers]

We are sailing on the QE later this month.  Will be in a standard balcony cabin.  Are slippers still provided?  I did a search of this thread and came up with conflicting answers so would appreciate feedback from those recently onboard.

FWIW, Bathrobe and slippers are mentioned on the Cunard web page listing Britannia features.  Hope you enjoy your upcoming voyage!

They most certainly are , however, in conversation with the senior housekeeper I understand  post covid Cunard have been having problems with their supplier  ( probably coming from Asia) 

In November & December 2022 they were on request , in January 2023 they were standard in the Britannia category. 

If you use them ( personally I don't)  then just make a request through your stateroom steward/ess

Last cruise QM2  June, they were a different style and smaller. They were closed toe, different fabric and no Cunard logo. I liked them better from a size point of view. Were in cabin.

I can confirm we had the same type in QV a week or so ago and that they were in the wardrobe, along with the bath robes, on our arrival.

Thanks for the info.  I like wearing them when barefoot in the cabin.

They supplied the robe with the logo.

But the slippers do not have the the Cunard Logo on as in the past.

 

We are currently on board wearing these slippers.

We were on the 8 -20 June Alaska sailing this past month on QE, and they had open-toed slippers with logo in the cabin for both of us, tucked into the bathrobe pockets.
