It depends on where your ship docks.  If you are at Terminal 1, then you can, it is very close.  It isn't really walkable if you are at the other terminals.

Here is the cruise schedule for Port Canaveral.  Looks like you are coming in on a port of call on Oasis and you are at terminal 6 which is NOT walkable to Grills.  You are on the other side of the channel.

It will depend on which terminal you are at. Like mentioned above, if you are at #6, forget it. Too far to walk to anything. Would suggest an Uber or ride share to get you there.

Not only distance. Port 'sides' are apart by a drawbridge closed to foot traffic.  No sidewalks
