Are Suite pax on the Edge who wish to self disembark in Seattle escorted be a Host to the front of the self disembark queue?  We have a fairly early flight and would love to be among the first to disembark and grab a cab.

The Solstice is in Seattle this 2023 Alaska season.  I believe that Suite guests meet up in a designated spot like the Retreat Lounge and the host will escort them at least to the gangway.  Typically the Suite guest and Zenith luggage is in a special area in the luggage hall (assuming that you are not using the free Port Valet service).

Since the Edge has the really exclusive level suites, it is possible that the hosts will be more involved during disembarkation.  We just won't know until the Edge is in Seattle in 2024.

 How early is your flight?

Not normally but you could ask.

The suite/Zenith guest are typically not escorted off until the host receives word that the luggage for those guest is ready in the baggage area.   This is normally after self disembarkation has started.

Suite guests meet in Michael's Club/Retreat Lounge.  When suite guests are ready to disembark a Retreat Concierge or Suite Manager will escort the suite guest directly to the gangway -- effectively to the front of the line.  And if you don't use the Seattle luggage valet program I suspect you will be carrying your own luggage.

How early is that flight?  SEATAC can be a zoo certain days.

I agree that luggage valet will not be an option for you. 11 AM is a little tight in Seattle because the terminal is so far from the airport. it isn’t an international flight, is it? That would make it worse.

Yes - just talk to them (don't wait until the night before as that's when everyone else talks to them about disembarking, reserving a car, etc).  Just tell them what you'd like to do and they will explain.  You basically keep your luggage with you the night before (don't put it out in the hall).  You will take it with you to the retreat lounge in the morning and they will escort you to the special exit line, skipping the main line to get off the ship.
