Any hope for Canadians onboard to watch  the CFL Grey Cup championship game on a sports bar TV on Sunday Nov. 19th? (Norwegian Getaway)

Also, what is different on a Thanksgiving cruise? Turkey on the menu on the 23rd?

Lots of American football shown.

Thanksgiving Day-- lots of American football depending on the satellite feed.  Probablya Hot dog cart in the Atrium during the games.  Full Turkey Dinner complete with Green Bean Casserole.  More food than you may want.

We have been on 3 Thanksgiving cruise and yes they serve turkey with all the side dishes.  However, I would recommend you do a specialty dinning that night.  You will be disappointed in their turkey dinner.

They will have starlink active by then so you will be able to stream it. If you call ahead they will let you hook your laptop to a tv.

Unless the game is on a US network it's unlikely to be available in a bar. But the game will be streamed by CFL+, https://awfulannouncing.com/streaming/cfl-us-world-streaming-service.html.
