No cruise documents available

We are about 34 days out and on our cruise planner it says “no cruise documents available”. I am only interested in luggage tags and read that they usually become available about 45 days out.

Any recent experience?

Thanks

Karen

We are at 30 days are still not able to get anything. We do not use the app, but have always had a link to do everything on laptop. This time it says to just show up at the port and stand in line.  I don't think I'm prepared to do that, no luggage tags, no nothing!

RC says "try later".

It’s not 30 days exactly. The documents show up “around 30 days”. You will see them soon

Mine weren’t there this morning at 30 days out but ate there now.UK time

Someone else I was chatting with a week or two ago had the same experience, that's why I mentioned the later today part.

Royal is also having sporadic issues with guests that have booked A2S.  In some cases cruise docs do not get generated and you have to call in and request that they be issued.  Once that is done they are available the next day

How long would you wait before contacting them? Still 29 days out.

Darn. I was hoping it might have had something to do with winning a royal up bid.

I wouldn’t contact them for a couple weeks

I’ve had docs issued at around the 12-14 day mark on more than one occasion.
