Partial payments towards balance?

I have a YC Owner's Suite booked on Seascape and wanted to make a partial payment towards the final balance.  The website says payment must be in full, however final payment date is not until December.  Is this normal for MSC?  I am used to NCL/Royal where you can make partial payments in advance of final payment date.  Does this policy change if I call reservations?

You can call to make a partial payment. 

 

Just make sure that a confirmation pdf is sent to you showing the new remaining balance before you hang up the phone. Paying online must be a full payment.

you could be opening Pandoras box giving MSC chances to screw up your booking. If you do what Two wheels only says you should be good to go.

i have done it over the phone. just make sure you have a confirmation email sent.
