All of the speciality restaurants are not listed as open during lunch as years past, are they all shut down now during lunch? Or is there "secretway to book them now?

Some are only open for lunch on sea days Ive noticed

If they are selling just a one day lunch, you can make reservations by buying the day offered. If you have the Ultimate Dining Package, you can only book on board. My experience is that they only offer specialty dining at lunch on sea days.

We usually book lunch in the specialty restaurant that is open for lunch on boarding day.  We're on Jewel in Oct-Nov and they are only open for lunch on two sea days, not boarding day which sucks.  I hate dealing with the WJ on boarding day and on Jewel, that's pretty much the only option.  I've been checking for a while in case it opens, but it hasn't.  We'll probably check as soon as we board to see if they are actually closed for lunch.  We're booked in Mason Jar on boarding day on Wonder in Jan.  I grabbed that as soon as I could.  We're also on a b2b on Wonder and booked MJ for the second leg for dinner.  Not sure why Jewel doesn't have Chops or Giovanni's open, but we'll live.
