artvlay Posted September 14, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2023 I was asked by a friend who doesn't drink soda, what types of packaged beverages can you get on the ships. Such as Snapple or fruit or teas.
Rare OCSC Mike Posted September 14, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2023 Packaged? You can pay for Powerade in a bottle, not sure about much else. Most included beverages (ice tea, lemonade, flavored water, etc.) are all served from a dispenser into cups.
artvlay Posted September 14, 2023 Author #3 Share Posted September 14, 2023 They asked specifically about in bottles or cans, and I didn't remember seeing them.
smokeybandit Posted September 14, 2023 #4 Share Posted September 14, 2023 I've seen Minute Maid brand juices pre-packaged. I don't recall one way or the other any teas.
gerif Posted September 14, 2023 #5 Share Posted September 14, 2023 They can carry on 12 bottles/cans per cabin of soft drinks.
NSPenny Posted September 14, 2023 #6 Share Posted September 14, 2023 They do have red bull - both original and tropical. My adult daughter drank this last cruise. Also - all coke products are available in a can, included diet ginger ale which is usually hard to find.
Mum2Mercury Posted September 14, 2023 #7 Share Posted September 14, 2023 Available without cost, pretty much everywhere: - Iced tea (if you're Southern, you won't care for it) - Lemonade (good -- it's Nestle's concentrate) - Fruit Punch (not always available, but good) - Ice water - Hot tea and basic coffee All of the above is sugar-full, so I try to drink it in moderation. Assuming you're able-bodied, I strongly recommend carrying on your allowed 12 bottles of non-alcoholic drink -- in a backpack, it's not hard to carry, and it's considerably cheaper than buying anything onboard. I personally like to bring cans of Diet Dr. Pepper, but now you're making me consider Diet Peach Snapple. You can also bring those little powdered drink tubes and pour it into your water.
