NY Ports "traffic Jam"

Looking at the harbor cam and marine traffic maps this morning, I see an unusual amount of ships docked and slowly sailing around the port(s) of NY.  Some moored ships are in a day ahead of schedule (Liberty OTS in CL, for example).  Could this all be due to the Hurricane offshore?  Were their itineraries all drastically?  Missed ports?

Definitely hurricane related. No one wants to be at sea near a Hurricane, better to return a day early than a day late
