Post Cruise Transportation from Southampton to Heathrow

We are taking our first MCC Voyage in April aboard the Euribia. We plan to book a pre-cruise tour that will provide transportation to the ship, but need advice about how to get from the ship to the airport (Heathrow) after the cruise. Thanks.

Airport pickups London.

 

Used them 3 times in the last 6 weeks.  Private car transfers door to door. About 150 pounds.

The Metro Train is also a good option.  I chose this when I departed Southampton and took a quick cap ride to the Southampton Metro Station.  Two-hour ride and the upgrade for better seating etc. is nominal.

National Express coach service has relatively cheap bus service from Southampton Harbour Parade coach terminal direct to Heathrow. At Heathrow it makes stops at T5, T4 and then the Central Bus Terminal for T2/T3.   Link: https://www.nationalexpress.com/en

There is no direct train to LHR from Southampton.

 

Cheapest is National Express.

(regularly under £20pp) 

Short taxi or 15-20min level walk from Horizon terminal.

We used Smith in the past but they are no longer in business.  Any other suggestions for Southampton Cruise port to London Heathrow?

 

I think you need to allow 1.5 to 2 hours.  anyone have any recommendations.

Post cruise, we were planning to take a 2:05 PM flight from Heathrow to Florida. Is this possible?....What is the earliest time we can disembark from the ship?

It's doable as long as everything goes as planned.

 You can get off at 7am as long as the ship arrives on time.

 Have a driver waiting and you will "safely" be at LJR by 1100. Probably much earlier, but they have been striking and also doing highway work.
