Yeah, people can do it...more than you think...and they can hold their alcohol.

Never saw anyone on our 28 days cruising on Princess come close to hitting 15 per day and we spent every night sitting at Good Spirits at Sea.  We rarely drink at home, but we make up for it when we cruise.  But even then, it's rare that my DH will hit 10.

I would bet that many people hit 15 on your 28 days. Just because someone hits 15 doesn't mean they are drunk and rowdy. Its actually pretty easy to hit 15 in a day if you start early.

Is this all beverages?

It seems they have lumped everything into the 15.

No that’s just alcoholic drinks i think. The only non-alcoholic I’ve had today was that coffee this morning.

That and depending on the drink.

Nope, just alcoholic beverages.  See Princess policy below:

Alcoholic drinks are limited to 15 beverages per 24-hour period (6 a.m. to 6 a.m.). Alcoholic drinks requested above the daily limits are at the discretion of the shipboard management and crew and charged at regular menu prices. Non-alcoholic drinks do NOT have this limitation, nor do they count toward this maximum.

How is the coffee on the ship? I thought NCL's was bordering on undrinkable.

All I’ve had so far was a mocha from the coffee shop which I thought was not as good as NCL and Carnival. NCL I only had Starbucks except one day I had MDR coffee. As for undrinkable coffee, we drank some pretty bad stuff in the military. Basically whatever we could get our hands on. Turkish coffee was pretty rough. So I’m not a good person to talk to about cruise ship coffee being undrinkable.

On the Caribbean Princess this past Sept. First time with a medallion, bartender seems to know me! Can't figure out how (hadn't had that many yet) After teasing me a bit, he says it's the medallion. So am I the ditzy blonde or the little old whitish haired lady? Hard to say....

Was there a drink counter available for you to see how many drinks people had?
