Apple iPads in Apple Store on the constellation

A year ago we were on her for the westbound TA. No iPads or much of anything back then other than accessories. Hopefully things have improved.

I purchased an Apple laptop in 2022 on the Connie and it had a dead battery that couldn’t be charged.  I called our local Apple Store and gave them the serial number and they told me it was 2 years old.  Apparently it sat on the ship during covid lockdown!  Took me many phone calls to get my money back.  Also got back the OBC I used plus the cash.   Just be aware,  they told me it was new.

The iLounge rarely has the current generation models for sale. 2 years old is a bit much.

If you’re concerned about getting the latest and greatest model just cash out your OBC and buy one when you get home.

Apple told me I would have to replace the battery.  That was my 30 something cruises with Celebrity am my first real problem.  At least they finally took care of it.  I had to mail it back to them at their office in Miami.  Now I spend my OBC on fancy liquor.  Never had to return that!
