I was reading on another group dedicated to Carnvial piano bar entertainers that we did pick up a new piano man today and that the last one departed.

Still don't see one on the schedule but maybe the lights will come on soon at the piano bar.

BTW, she was being absolutely shredded in the comments about how terrible she was. Seems most agreeded with the poster above who stated she didn't know any songs. She must have been learning cause I did not notice that.

They also said she had an attitude and was rude. I thought she was sassy but I suppose it could be taken as rude. I thought that was part of her act. Not sure now.

Fingers crossed for a piano player soon .

It was a pretty quick walk around St. Maarten today. The heat was on a whole other level since even just yesterday in St. Thomas and I was already red from my time yesterday. I mostly just wanted to get in a few steps and maybe a couple photos.

Aidaluna was docked next to us.

Water taxi prices. A lot of redacted information here.

Cab could be had for $3, though I didn't see that published so they may charge based on demand on a particular day. That's one way, but still $6 round trip and it was a 12 minute walk one way for me, so maybe 15 for someone at an average pace.

I've made it to downtown, but it is far too hot for me to do anything but turn back around.

Had some downtime in the room. No sleeping occurred, but I did rest for a while. Hoping it will be enough to carry me through the evening. Going to head outside to see if I can catch a sunset and perhaps do a short time in the sauna, but with my red sun kissed skin, I don't think I will stay long.
