Am I the only one having problems when I sign onto my celebrity account?  I get an error message saying bad gateway. Request header. Cookie to large. 400 Bad request.  This has been going on for a long time.  I am trying to access from my iPad.  In the past the iPad was not a problem.  
Any suggestions?

I have been getting it all the time over the last few weeks.  I find if I clear out my browser history i can get back in, at least for a few days.  I sent an email to Celebrity but heard nothing.  Like most cruise lines, their website leaves a lot to be desired.

I haven’t been able to get on in quite some time unless I use the private browser. No issues that way.

No issues using my Laptop/Windows10/ Google Chrome.

It hasn’t worked for me on Safari (Apple Browser) for around a month now. I find that it works on Google/Chrome app though. Again, I reported the issue, but nothing has changed.

400 errors are almost always client side (your problem - not theirs). Try clearing your cache and cookies.

Clearing the cache as well as my History solved my problem.

Can’t get in with Safari, chrome, or Firefox.  Only Dolphin works for me.  It’s been like this for weeks. Clearing my cache was a very temporary fix.

I haven't had a problem logging in... Yet.  There are some sub-headings that I have tried to click on, and I would get the "Bad Request" message.  I always (tongue in cheek) chalk it up to IT Department needing to have things to fix to keep their jobs.  😉

 

It can be quite aggravating though.  FIL had trouble logging in when he used Edge.  I told him to try in chrome, and  everything worked out fine.
