They run it fairly often...at least I can recall seeing it a bit in the past.  But you'll probably not be able to take advantage of that after already booking without actually cancelling the first cruise.  You may lose your deposit and/or any perks that were included in the first booking.

You can refare.  Have you done this, and they said you had to cancel and rebook?

How often does Princess run promotions for 3rd and 4th passengers? Can the promotion be used after booking?

We booked two cruises back in September (Japan 2024 and British Isles 2025) for our family of four. Both suites and both with the kids free. Would love to get that deal again, but this sale seems to allow the 3rd and 4th free only in categories of standard balcony and below.

We have already booked and are good. We were asking because our children and grandchildren will be joining us. They have not booked yet, so i was asking in advance of them booking.

Is there a way to see what cruises are currently running the promotion?

Go to Princess.com.

Click on "Cruise Deals" one the top line of choices.

The current deal is in a big display.  Click on "View Cruises".

Should show just those cruises eligible.  All their deals work the same way.

The 3rd person was free on our sailing in a mini suite, I had to go through as if I was booking to see the details.  I usually check daily for any price differences and noticed the drop of over 900.00. Then called and had ours refared with the 3rd person free.
