After completing a cruise, how long does it take for credits to show up in my account?

Hey @BSR generally anywhere from a couple days to couple weeks. The statement is usually available sooner.

What statement are you referring to?  It doesn't show my last cruise in my history.

Your onboard spending statement (the one available on the TV & Navigator App while onboard). It is available on both the Navigator App and online; online is only after cruise is finished. 

During the cruise/while onboard, statement in Navigator App will be "live" mirroring what you see on the TV.

After the cruise, both online and Navigator App will have a pdf available. 

If you're account is tied to another cruiser, you will see a message that your statement is not available. In that case, you'll have to get it from the other person.

Screensots are a walk through of how to access the statement from Navigator App after a cruise.

It is also available 'live' on your laptop on board by going to the navigator page which has the same information as the app.

I disembarked Dec 10 and my Mariner Status updated on Sat Dec 16th.  I have waited as long as 2 weeks though.
