Are there Keno Machines on Celebrity Apex?

Could someone who has cruised on the Celebrity Apex please help out with my question.

 

We sailed on the Celebrity Edge and the only Keno machines were on the bar. We are not drinkers and we found it awkward taking a seat at the bar to play when a drinker could have sat there.

 

We are considering cruising on the Apex and wondered if it was the same there or if they are have keno machines inside the casino, rather than at the bar as it's our favourite game.

 

Looking forward to hearing responses from other keno players.

My attitude would be if the only place they have keno machines is in the bar that is the place where I will play keno.  If you are taking a bar seat to play your favorite game that is their problem and not yours.

I’m an only-Keno machine player and will be on Apex Jan 6, so I’ll let you know.

Take a look at the multi-game machines.   They should have Keno as a selection on them.

There were a few Game King multi-game machines with Keno on Eclipse that I played on earlier this year.

We just got off on 12/23.  I didn’t notice any by the poker machines.

I’m on Apex now, reporting back on Keno machines.
😭😭 No Keno. No Game King machines at all, nor multi-game machines. I was so looking forward to playing Keno 😢

 

The final sting is I Love this Ship.  I do not even mind the infinite veranda.  I want to book another Edge class right now, but I must know if I can play Keno on the ship.

Thank you to all the people who took the time to respond to my post. I have now have a definitive answer and sadly, the Apex does not have my beloved game of Keno.

 

It's a shame that being an Edge class of ship, they have not caught up up with the upcoming group of new players to Keno, especially with Keno Nation now being more and more popular. Hopefully someone from the casino might read this post and perhaps be surprised that there a large number of us out there who want to enjoy this game.

 

For me personally, I will not be choosing this ship for my future cruises. I love to enjoy my whole cruise and part of my enjoyment is looking forward to a fun game of Keno. Non Keno players might not understand, but for me it is something I look for in a cruise ship.

Completely agree with you. As a devoted Keno player, it’s a major letdown to not enjoy my evenings in the casino. I hope to hear good news from someone with info about the other Edge class ships re Keno in the casino.

I am an avid Keno Player and am very disappointed that the new Edge class is not catering to Keno Players.  I look forward to my Keno Play in the casino and this ship has it all except Keno.  Bring Keno aboard and I will jump on board too!

Confirmed ~ no Keno machines, Game King, or multi-choice game machines on Beyond. The Traveling Gamblers posted an extensive video of the casino on Beyond, showing every machine. They also have a video of Apex, which I had not seen prior to being on the ship this week and finding out first-hand there is no Keno in the casino 😢

We were on the Silhouette the first week of December. Game King machines with video poker and keno were in the casino the first few nights. About the third night we walked over to play and ALL of those machines had been removed overnight and replaced with other slot machines. 
So beware, this may be happening on all the ships, not just Edge class.

Let's face it folks Keno is a game favored by the AARP crowd.  Celebrity doesn't care about what we want, they want to attract the younger crowd.  I am also a 90% Keno only player and find this very frustrating.  Even the ships that do have it only have 2, and they are often taken by poker players.

In looking at their video of the Beyond casino, they do show multi-choice game machines (at the beginning of the video - they're called Super Star); however, the game choices are different kinds of poker games.  No Keno or anything else.
