Could anyone let me know if probiotics drinking yoghurt (actimel, yakult etc) are available in the MDR or buffet for breakfast on Princess ships?

Thanks

Not that I’ve ever seen.  Nor have I ever seen Kombucha on board.  They serve “shots” of mango or strawberry smoothie but I’m not sure what’s in them.  They taste quite sweet.  You can get plain yogurt though.  I do like the chia seed compote and the yogurt compote, but both have a sugary jam in them.

Would we be permitted to bring these on board? My DW finds they help her IBS so I suppose they could be classed as medical (or is that pushing our luck?).

My guess is you would be able to. I would put it in your carry on.

I don't think you would be allowed to take any off the ship though.
